My Story

I am a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, having completed my clinical training at one of the United Kingdom’s most esteemed nutritional institutes, The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). In addition to my nutritional expertise, I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham. I am registered with both BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council), adhering strictly to their professional codes of ethics.

My journey into nutrition began during a challenging period when my husband was diagnosed with three unrelated cancers. Witnessing his journey through multiple surgeries and intensive chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments deeply impacted me. I felt compelled to seek answers beyond conventional medicine’s approach. This quest led me to CNM, where I enrolled in their three-year nutritional therapy program. The comprehensive clinical training provided invaluable insights into the profound connection between diet, lifestyle choices, and overall health.

From personal experience, I have come to understand that many health issues stem from poor dietary and lifestyle choices that disrupt our body’s natural balance. This realization fuels my commitment to promoting proactive health care and wellness strategies. As a dedicated Christian, I also view nutrition as a pathway to healing and strive to empower my clients to take charge of their health through wholesome diets, lifestyle adjustments, and a positive mindset.

Naturopathic Nutrition offers a holistic approach focused on prevention and restoration. Through evidence-based natural therapies and personalized consultations, I work collaboratively with each client to address their unique health challenges. Initial consultations, typically lasting between 1 to 1.5 hours, involve a thorough assessment of medical history, lifestyle factors, and, if necessary, clinical and functional testing. This meticulous approach ensures the development of tailored support programs that promote optimal health and vitality.

Over the years, I have successfully assisted clients in achieving a range of health goals, including weight management, mood enhancement, increased energy levels, allergy relief, stress reduction, and support for conditions such as PMS, menopause, digestive disorders, and immune enhancement. Whether guiding individuals on childhood nutrition, addressing the nutritional needs of the elderly, or providing specialized support for cancer patients, my aim remains consistent: to educate, empower, and inspire lasting health transformations through informed nutritional choices and holistic practices.

Making informed dietary decisions is not merely a health requirement but an opportunity for personal fulfillment and vitality. By understanding the significance of nutrition and adopting sustainable habits, individuals can pave the way for a healthier and more rewarding lifestyle.

What Clients Say

I recently had a hysterectomy which immediately threw me into early menopause. I had terrible hot flushes in addition to low iron levels and extremely dry skin. My regular GP gave me medication but they seemed to be of no effect. I did a consultation with Evett and was very impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of time she spent talking and listening to me. She researched my condition and shared information with me that was easy to understand. She outlined what symptoms I could expect with my specific illness and gave advice on how to make changes that would alleviate the symptoms. In a week to two weeks after seeing Evett, my hot flushes were gone, my iron levels are back to normal and I was feeling energetic and amazing.
