Cancellation/Rescheduling of an AppointmentIn order to be respectful of
the needs of other clients, please be courteous and call our office promptly if you
are unable to attend an appointment. Ideally we require at least 7 days notice
for an initial appointment and 24 hours notice in the case of a follow up
appointment.

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another
person the possibility to have access to our services. 

Privacy and Confidentiality

Nutritional Therapy consultations and any information exchanged during the consultation are private and confidential. You may request that relevant
information regarding personalised protocols or test results be communicated
with other healthcare professionals but this will only be undertaken with your full
consent.
